Project Descriptions

Well Designed Driveway & Front Entry
Using a slightly darker colour of banding enhanced the look of this driveway. A large front entry walkway invites you to this stunning home.

Estate Landscape!
This estate property features a landscape like no other. Fine materials like mortared Orillia square-cut flagstone, Orillia armourstone and Centurion unit pavers were used to create an elegant backdrop to a beautiful home. Features include a round about driveway with a central large planting area edged with armourstone. The rear yard features a large space with an in-ground pool with a huge waterfall built into the side a berm that provides privacy to this quaint space, a sitting area with a real wood burning fireplace and a large covered eating area.

Great Front Entry!
This project featured a renovation of a front entry including a large entry patio with gradual steps to the front door, a short garden wall with a pillar for an urn and a matching soldier course running down the edge of the driveway.

Awesome Pool Get-Away!
This project was a renovation of an existing backyard landscape and patio area with an existing pool. The existing wood deck was removed and a new unit paver raised patio was constructed in it's place. A new area was developed to include a covered sitting area including an architecturally designed pavilion style roof structure an unit paving floor. To round out the project and make all the areas match the pool deck was refaced with the same unit pavers and an existing retaining wall was replaced with armoustone giving the effect of a sunken pool area.

Great Pool Landscape!
This project consisted of transforming an existing pool to and oasis by refacing the concrete deck, adding wood trellis' and planting for a private oasis and surroundinag the pool area with a seamless looking wrought iron fence.

Welcoming Landscape!
This landscape featured a private patio off of the double doors from the Master Suite with a large open air patio off the Great Room. Privacy was provided via extensive addition of evergreen trees strategically placed to block views in and out of this corner lot. A large front entry patio leading to the driveway rounds out the landscaping of this residence in St. Davids.

Hot Tub on the Walk-out Patio
The sloping of the lot to the rear allowed for an interesting side walkway feature. The walkway leads to a large patio enclosed by a short accent wall and a couple of lighted pillars that provide ambiance lighting at night.
The patio allows for seating and a Hot Tub for entertaining. The large inviting entry patio has the same short accent wall surrounding it with a matching lighted pillar.

Sophisticated, Yet Inviting!
This landscape featured a large front entry patio with short curved accent wall and lighted pillar. The foundation plantings were set into empty areas of accent armourstone that protruded from the earth. The back cedar deck allowed for a vantage point to view the golfers on the fairway. The steps off the deck lead to a large open air patio where a trellis screen planted with clematis along with other plantings provided privacy from neighbouring properties.

Fabulous Outdoor Living Space
This project features a Fabulous Outdoor Living Space consisting of a Built-in BBQ and Bar area with an incorporated bar fridge and overhead pergola on the upper patio level. Off of this patio is a semi-sunken Hot Tub that can be easily accessed from the upper or lower patio levels. The lower patio level consists of an outdoor living room complete with gas fireplace and roof overhead to keep out the elements and give some shade on hot summer days. To round out the Outdoor Living Space is a pool in yet a lower level with a seperate waterfeature off the deep end that has a lighted waterfall.

Functional Outdoor Living Area
This multilevel Outdoor Living Area not only looks great but is very functional. It features a Trex deck off the main doors to the backyard. The deck is a segway from the indoor living area to the outdoor. When descending down from the small deck to the first encountered patio it contains a built-in BBQ and bar area featuring a sit-up bar with granite countertops having a sunken sink to hold ice for cold drinks. A curved wall with pillar book ends holds this part of the patio up. Stepping down to the lower patio is the eating/sitting area with a curved, raised garden wall to provide a cozy enclosed feel to this room like space. This patio is surrounded by planting that provides a living wall to this room.

Highend Outdoor Living!
This project features a covered outdoor living area built of the finest materials. The home sits on a bluff overlooking Lake Ontario. This outdoor room has a full view of the lake. The entire space was clad in mortared Guillotined Orillia Natural Stone walls and a mortared sqaure-cut Orillia flagstone floor.
